12, an innovative exhibition and event space by AIM Architecture in Antwerp, will host My House is Your House, a compelling exhibition curated by Bisou, the Amsterdam-based gallery.

The exhibition is curated by Julien Rademaker (Bisou Gallery owner), and all works on display are available for purchase.

An Exhibition by Yorgos Maraziotis Curated by AIM EU (Studio for Authentic Immersive Matters).
Duration: May 16, 2024 - June 7, 2024
Time: Thu - Sun | 14:00 - 18:00
Venue: 12 Kattendijkdok-Oostkaai 12
displaced is part of Antwerp Art Weekend 2024, showcasing the evocative work of artist Yorgos Maraziotis in an exhibition curated by AIM EU.
About: AIM EU stands short for Studio for Authentic Immersive Matters. It is the European branch of AIM Architecture: a design firm with a presence in Shanghai, Chicago, and now Antwerp. AIM EU has revitalized 12—a registered Art Nouveau gem located at Kattendijkdok Oostkaai 12. Through this regeneration project, AIM EU showcases that even subtle interventions can yield profound impacts on spaces and their surroundings. The renewed space not only preserves the building’s historic beauty but also establishes itself as a creative and cultural hub, aiming to bridge Eastern and Western influences. 12 is envisioned as a mixed-use building, encompassing an exhibition space, a café, an event venue, and the studio’s creative offices. To commemorate this significant transformation, AIM EU collaborates with Antwerp-based artist Yorgos Maraziotis, co-creating an immersive installation that explores the idea of displacement as a catalyst for contemporary habitation.
